01. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the LEO Platform website, applying for waitlist entry, or participating in pre-launch programs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not submit your information or use the site.
02. Waitlist & Pre-Launch Program
LEO is currently in its pre-launch phase. Submission of a buyer waitlist form or seller application does not guarantee acceptance, early access, or specific platform perks. We reserve the right to modify, pause, or cancel waitlist access at our sole discretion.
03. Marketplace Rules & Prohibited Items
Upon full launch, LEO users agree to trade responsibly. Prohibited activities include:
- Listing counterfeit, illegal, stolen, or misrepresented items.
- Harassing, scamming, or misrepresenting intent during direct communications.
- Creating fake store profiles or failing seller verification requirements.
04. Local Meets & Safety
LEO facilitates peer-to-peer discovery and direct messaging. Users are solely responsible for taking reasonable safety precautions when arranging local in-person meetups or payments. LEO is not liable for disputes arising from off-platform handoffs.
05. Intellectual Property
All platform branding, custom graphics, logos, and UI code are the property of LEO Platform. User-submitted images and text remain the property of the creator, but grant LEO a royalty-free license to display them for marketing and discovery.
